Kaviani Fortress is located on the left side of the confluence of river Chvanistskali and Adjaristskali. The castle consists of two departments. The first section, according to the fossils we received, could be a three-story building and was used for keeping different things. There are two bases and two windows on the wall. In the tower of this fortress there is a ground hole of the form of a straight shape that is plastered with a lime.
In the second part of the fortress, the area of which is 112 square meters is well preserved. Especially, the northern tower, which is the form of rectangle and consists of three floors. The western wall of the castle yard is relatively well preserved, with a length of 7.1 meters, and a height of 5 meters. The castle is built mainly with flute stones.
